poor communication

The 4th floor location means there are no lifts!!! The steep stairs can be quite the workout, so pack light if you want to avoid a struggle!!! It would be helpful to have clearer info about this beforehand.

The location can't be beat! We loved being so close to everything. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the lighting throughout the room was very cool. Plus, breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. Our side view of the Pantheon was just perfect! 😊

I stayed in the Superior Double Room for 1 night. The room was spacious and super comfy. The air conditioning worked like a charm, perfect for the 38-degree heat. Just steps away from the Pantheon, so location was a major win. Though there were no lifts, the stairs were totally manageable. I really enjoyed my time here!
